Competitors have played over 2 rounds and the leading 8 players after these two rounds join the top two in the SFG Order of Merit who have already qualified to play in TEAM SFG 2011 against the Ryder Cup Pro's in a fantastic two day event that includes Matchplay golf against the pro's, accommodation, Golf equipment, gala dinner and loads more.

The format of the Final was as follows:

  • Leading 8 players (nett scores / full h’cp allowance) from Q-School  complete the SFG team and stay on final against the pros on - Weds 19th and Thursday 20thOctober

    The Itinerary for these two days are as follows:

  • 2 day event played between Team SFG and the ‘Pro- Challenge Team'
  • Day one (19th) - fourballs
  • Day two (20th) - foursomes & singles (depart friday morning after gala dinner)
  • Each Team SFG member receives
    • Two days competitive golf against the Pro-Challenge Team
    • Two nights accommodation and food
    • Gala dinner with the Pro Challenge Team
    • SFG Team clothing (Glenmuir and Loudmouth)
    • Your own personal Caddy and Caddy bib
    • Srixon carry bag, glove and balls
