As an SFG I cannot remember the last time I played competetively and used my h/c. I have pencilled in 5-6 SFG competitions across various counties, but I certainly will not be attending events that are to full h/c, could you please advise as soon as pos. thank-you |

The reason for this is that in a field of say 90 golfers only about 5 have the ability to win the gross event and SFG is about providing a tour for all single figure handicap golfers. As you can see from the winners already to date there is a good spread of handicaps and the ethos of the tour is as much of playing against yourself and the course without the fear of a 18 handicapper coming in and winning. It makes for a fair field and that is what the h/c system is designed to do. We have all worked hard to get to single figures and we all deserve a chance to play events like these. |
