Play 36 holes at East Berkshire on Weds 9th September for £40!

SFG have teamed up with East Berkshire Golf Club to provide a unique route for qualification for all SFG’s within the Berkshire, Buckingham and Oxfordshire Counites at the Wilson and Lushington Bowl 36 hole medal on Weds 9th September 2009

Prizes

The competitor returning the scratch score will win the Wilson Bowl and the best Handicap score the Lushington Bowl

This year the winner of the Lushington Bowl (providing they have a handicap of 9 or below) will qualify through to SFG Qualifying School at Celtic Manor on Monday 26th October and have the chance to qualify for Team SFG in the SFG Challenge Cup Final.

Notes

Maximum handicap limit is 12 (those with a higher handicap may be balloted out)

Play will be in threes, with a draw for start-times and playing partners.

• Entries must be made on the attached form and returned to East Berkshire Golf Club no later than Monday,10th August 2009 and MUST be accompanied by the Entry fee of £40.00 which includes a Sweepstake andthe cost of Lunch and Tea.
• Entry fees will not be refunded after draw has taken place.
• The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without giving a reason.
• The Competition is played in threes from two starting points for which partners and starting times will be drawn.
• Notice of the draw and starting times will be posted to each Competitor.
• In the event of a tie over 36 holes there will be a sudden death play off over holes 1, 2, 3 and then, if necessary, over 18, 1, 2, and 3. All other ties will be decided on the last 18, 9, 6 or 3 holes.
• Prizes will also be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd SCRATCH and for HANDICAP. No competitor may take more than one prize.
• The Committee of East Berkshire Golf Club will rule on any disputes which may arise and their decision shall be final.
